What to Expect from a Nutrition Consultation
Every horse — and every consultation — is unique. Depending on your goals and your horse’s needs, we may:
-
Review and interpret forage test results, when relevant, with suggestions for improvement if needed.
-
Design a balanced diet tailored to your horse’s lifestyle, health, and performance goals.
-
Walk through allergy panel findings and discuss what they mean in practice.
-
Decode feed tags and ingredient labels so you know exactly what you’re feeding.
-
Explore supplement options — but only when they’re truly beneficial.
-
Discuss stress factors, travel, competition, or herd dynamics that may influence your horse’s well-being.
-
Compare feeding options and calculate daily costs to help you stay within budget.
